Butter Pecan Turtle Cookies
Ingredients

| 2 cup | flour |
| 6 oz | chocolate chips |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 0.5 cup | butter (softened) |
for pecan layer |

| 1 cup | pecan halves |
| 0.667 cup | butter |
| 0.5 cup | brown sugar |
Steps
1) Combine crust ingredients until well mixed and particles are fine
2) Pat firmly into ungreased 9x13x2 pan
3) Sprinkle 1 cup pecan halfs over unbaked crust
4) Cook butter and 0.5 cup brown sugar in sauce pan over medium heat
5) Stir constantly until surface begins to boil
6) Boil for 30 seconds to a minute, stirring constantly
7) Pour the caramel layer evenly over pecans and crust
8) Bake 18-22 minutes at 350
9) Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips over it
10) Allow to melt for 2-3 minutes, spread lightly, and cool
